Veligandu, é uma ilha natural moldada pelo Oceano Índico. É famosa pela sua banco de areia, ideal para romance, relaxamento, snorkeling, mergulho, iatismo, spa e delícias culinárias. Rodeada por uma lagoa deslumbrante e uma praia de areia branca, é o único resort na Ilha Veligandu. Tem 600 metros de comprimento por 150 metros de largura, cerca de 22 acres. Veligandu é acessível através de um passeio de hidroavião cénico de 20 minutos a partir do Aeroporto Internacional Velana.
